- Perfect location for visiting Schlitterbahn - right across the street. Close river access. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Property is well maintained. Pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking - 3 spaces per unit.
Quiet family vacation. Kids had a blast in the pool over spring break. We Loved to hot tub to thaw out. Beautiful views of the Comal river and deer in the morning. Clean house and we will definitely make this a regular vacation spot!
